Risks All surgery carries risk, and you should be fully aware of the medical risks associated with this procedure before you consent to surgery. Your surgeon will discuss these risks with you during your consultation, and you are encouraged to ask questions if there is anything you do not understand.

You will be required to sign a consent form before surgery stating that you have been informed of the risks involved; that you understand those risks; and that you accept those risks. This is standard hospital protocol and surgery will not be performed if you do not sign.

It is your obligation to inform your surgeon of key medical information that may influence the outcome of your surgery or may increase the level of risk. These include medications you are taking, history of disease, medical complications, etc.

Risks and risk rates vary from patient to patient depending on a range of factors.

While we expect that our clients’ treatments go well, we cannot guarantee nor provide warranties on our services. Neither Health Vision Asia (hereinafter "HVA") and specialist clinics (hereinafter "SC") make any representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through HVA.
HVA is a referral service provider and SC are recognized medical facilities.

Employees

Neither HVA nor SC nor any employee or professionals employed by or affiliated to either organization will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising there from.

Website & other Marketing Material

HVA and SC make no warranties that the information contained within the company website or any other publication is in every respect accurate or complete, and are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such. Users of this information are encouraged to confirm the information contained herein with other sources. In case of doubt also please check with your own doctor. Implants

For implants neither HVA nor SC can accept any liability in case of malfunctioning. It is usual that the manufacturer of that particular implant is insured and liable. Unless SC is negligent and should have been aware it cannot be held responsible.

Warranty

In case, after consultation with our Client both, HVA nor SC agree that corrective action is necessary, some SC agree that we will bring the Client back to Thailand at their cost (You must check first with the SC) exclusively to undertake the necessary treatment.

Country of Arbitration

In case a clear mistake is made some SC will accept arbitration in the country of the Client. If you choose to seek arbitration we recommend you seek advice on this matter, and to discuss your case with one of many private and public medical organizations that can determine how meritorious your case is.

In Case of Complications

If, post surgery, our Client considers there is something wrong, they should immediately contact HVA whom will then contact SC in writing by E-mail or fax or letter of the situation. As part of our commitment to you post surgery we will react within 48 hours during working days.

Before Committing

You will be ask to send an email, fax or letter to confirm that you have read the disclaimer and agree with all the terms
